By checking different NFTs on Opensea, you can immediately notice that different artworks from the same collection are priced differently. There are multiple factors impacting the price such as:
General hype on a collection
Social media hype
Number of NFTs from that collection
Marketing behind a collection
Rarity of singles artworks
Influencers endorsement

In order to determine the rarity of an artwork, you should follow the following steps:
Go on https://opensea.io/
Go on your asset page (for example https://opensea.io/assets/0x3bf2922f4520a8ba0c2efc3d2a1539678dad5e9d/2368 )
As you can see you have multiple info regarding the asset, starting from who owns it, price, price history, offers and so on.
Click on Properties on the left side
As you can see it's shown the list of the features your artwork has
eg. BACKGROUND: Citrine | BODY: Azurite | HEAD: Pen [...]
Under each feature there is a percentage indicating how many NFTs from the same collection have the same feature. For example as for the BACKGROUND, the 24% of other NFTs of that collection have it.
Always click on the feature we suggest to check or you think are the most rare and valuable in order to deeply check floor prices and real rarity. The lower is the percentage, the more rare is the trait, but never check only one trait, check multiple of them and get the average rarity of your artwork
In this case, let's click on HEAD: Pen. After doing that, add two filters: Buy Now on the left side (red arrow) and Low to High on the right side (yellow arrow)
You are now able to check the FLOOR PRICE
WHAT IS THE FLOOR PRICE?
Floor price is the lowest price for collection items, rather than the average item price, and is updated on an hourly basis.
As you can see, the floor price for an NFT with the pen feature is 4,4Ξ
You can check and combine multiple feature filters in order to determine your price and/or the rarity
